Right next to Docker (an absolutely apt coincidence 😊 ), we spoke to developers from all over Europe – about Linux infrastructure, reporting components, platform-independent infrastructure and why we opted for the cross-platform components for JSON-based report definitions.
What developers found particularly exciting at our stand:
- No more Windows constraints: List & Label Cross Platform also works on Linux, macOS and Android – without native Windows dependencies.
- Container-Ready: Our new version is easier to use in dockerized environments.
- .NET 9 support – .NET 10 already in sight
- PDF export directly for web & cloud apps
- Easy conversion of existing project files into the upcoming JSON format.
- No simple port – big rewrite: List & Label Cross Platform also offers advantages under Windows, for example a big performance gain.
What’s next?
We are currently finalizing the release version of List & Label 31 – including the cross-platform component. The release is planned for October, and existing customers will soon be able to register for the beta test.

Back in Constance, we are currently sifting through the contacts, notes and many exciting use cases. For those who couldn’t be there: Attached you will find a few impressions of the event – and maybe you’ll spot yourself in the pictures.
